It's NOT an another story and you know it, no matter how many attempts as "supposedly" different threads you make. Be honest with yourself for a second!

Thanks for your responses, everyone. There are some great ideas there.
I didn't want to mention him to avoid the influx of faces, but I suppose it doesn't help when I have a boyfriend who won't even go to dinner around the corner from our house with me because he "doesn't want to have to go out again". ANYWAY, 'nother story!
Guess I'll have to somehow make my own adventures!!!!
Adventure for the homebound:
Pick up some ethnic cookbooks as the local library. Stop at a local ethnic grocery on the way home. Make something you've never made before. If it doesn't work out you can always order pizza. What do you have to lose?
Explore wine or beer tasting. If you really get into it, MAKE your own wine or beer.
Make art. If you are not "artistically inclined" just rip up old magazines. Pick images that appeal to you and slap them in a scrapbook with a little glue.
Read to each other. Pick books that stretch you.
Surf news sites online and discuss the events of the day. Debate how you would fix all of the problems of the world if you were king/queen for a day.
Light many candles.
Take many bubble baths.
I'm sure we'll see some more creative responses here.
