For those who do not smoke tobacco (especially cigarettes), drink any-form of alcohol, use illegal drugs (and abuse OTC and Prescription drugs too), do you find it difficult meeting a person that is the same likewise in today's, Western societies?
I've had quite a few Mormon clients (LDS) that don't do any of the above and I highly respect their lifestyle. You might move to Utah or consider investigating the LDS religion.
I love taking them out for dinner, their bar tab is Zero.

I would think it would be pretty hard to find a person like that - mainly because of your no alcohol requirement. Most everyone I know drinks some type of alcohol on occasion, be it beer, vodka or any mixed drink. Sounds like you want Kim Kardashian who does NONE of that stuff.
Remove the alcohol from the list and you'll find LOTS of people like that - you know non smokers, non drug users. I dont think I have a single friend who smokes or uses drugs. Wife does neither and may only drink a quarter of a martini once every 4-5 months.
