Is it fair when a man expresses that he's not ready to be a father but a woman continues the pregnancy and sues him for support when he made it clear before hand he didn't want to be a father?
There is a difference between fair and just.
Imagine if a man, who could biologically "spread their seed" to multiple women a day, do so without consequence.
Any man prepared to have sex with a woman, should be under the assumption that if she gets pregnant, he may become a father, whether he wants to or not. Even women who accidentally get pregnant while using birth control may opt to keep that child. It is a woman's right to do so and if a man cares enough about that possibility, he should fine-tune his woman-picking filter.
How many does it take to make a baby? As simple as that, it takes two. A man's sperm and a woman's egg. Remember the bees and all that in school? I wouldn't expect from you such question.
A woman/man can masturbate all they want. Has nothing to do with being a father/mother. I would expect you to know this.
See, when a woman wants to have the baby she will expect the father to provide or have his wages garnished and/or sent him straight to jail. Why? Because he IS the father of the baby, he is part of the baby, etc. and therefore should be part of the whole package and have him provide.
When a woman DOES NOT want the baby and rather kill/abort it...the guy all of a sudden has nothing to do with the baby and therefore can't do a thing about it?
Women decides to keep the baby, tough luck for the guy.

Lose/Lose situation for men. It seems no Law out there will protect/support men on this. More bias towards men in the courtroom.
Well I choose to never have children. If I was in that situation and she chose to have an abortion, I would actually be thrilled. Too much to deal with.
I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to have an opinion. What he doesn't have the right to do, is force the mother to give her body to bear the child. How about, if the woman doesn't want the baby and the father does, we take out the fetus and give it to him? After all, your argument is that the uterus is irrelevant. Let him have his DNA.
Why not give it to him if he is willing to raise it.

Ummmm....because that would be forcing her to go through with a pregnancy she doesn't want?
