Yes, that was supposed to be a joke, LOL.

Lately my jokes have kind of been falling flat around here...I'm really glad I've kept my day job.

I thought you've absolutely been on fire. You had enough awesome one liners where I was wondering if you were practicing stand-up.

Yeah, it only takes once, right?

Same thing with letting the cat out of the bag about that person-suit you're making in your attic. Don't mention that one. (shhh) Keep it zipped. That kind of thing is way more of a third-date convo starter.

It puts the lotion on itself.

I think the list is very basic, but sound. I'd add a couple of things to it though.

Whoever is driving on the date, clean the junk out of your car.

If you invite someone to your house for a date...say dinner or something like that, clean your abode.

If you're a guy, and you take a woman out to a restaurant, let her pick the chair she wants to sit in. She will most likely pick a spot where she can see the door. It's a subconscious kind of thing, but she'll be more relaxed.

All of it basic stuff YET there will be people to whom this is a revelation, tantamount to Moses carrying the tablets down from Mt. Sinai.

Then, of course, there will be the people who think these are archaic notions. These are the guys who send out text messages that read "'sup?" to women at 11 pm at night.
