How can one even physiologically look so hideously disproportionate? I'd understand if you had a disability but to mutate into such a sickening shape is beyond me.

Seriously?? It's actually completely normal for men, at a certain stage of life, if they're not exercising and eating properly, to get a beer belly but remain thin in the limbs, at least until the overweight goes so far that fat starts depositing on the limbs.
Ha ha I know. It's so pathetic. I'm glad my body is proportionate and sexy. Everywhere I go men and women look me up and down because they wish they could be me. Over half of our society are a bunch of slithering slobbering Jabba the huts and mentally vapid walking pincushions.
No. My body looks fantastic. None of the men in my family look as you have explicitly described.
