I have a business associate who is going through a divorce after 14 years of marriage. While he may be downplaying it and not being honest, he says it is because of his masturbation to porn.
He says they have a healthy sex life and that he doesn't do it often, but typically when he travels for work, he has a few drinks and goes to the hotel room. You know the rest. She looked at his computer and has a HUGE problem with it.
It made me want to ask about that situation, but also in general...how offensive is your hubby masturbating...whether to porn or not.

I feel sure the issue isn't the masturbation - it's the porn she objects to and finds offensive.
I can't think of a single woman I know who would find masturbation offensive - it's a pretty natural thing.
How sad they can't find a way to work this out and that it has come to divorce.
Tommere,
Masturbation is a natural thing which most women/men do. I guess its the fact that he is looking at another women that makes her uncomfortable even if its a picture, video, etc. Imagine how the guy would feel if his wife masturbated to pictures of hot naked guys but didn't want to have sex with him.
If mine isn't getting it from me he's going to masturbate, all men do. Well, most men anyway. I don't personally have a problem with it, he can do it with or without porn. He'd rather have sex with me but if for whatever reason I go through a phase where I'm just not as frequently giving it up, I would expect him to get relief somewhere as long as it's NOT with another woman LOL
I'm going to agree with LM, I'm betting she is hating the porn. A lot of women really have an issue with it, they were raised conservatively or find it dirty or whatever but many women are not comfortable with porn. I don't mind it, I have watched it. Doesn't offend me but I don't get off from it either. It's a "meh" for me LOL
I will say though, some women DO find masturbation itself very offensive or dirty if you will.

Everyone masturbates....so i don't see why i would get upset over something that is natural.
Which I find confusing since MOST women masturbate regardless of women denying it or finding it difficult to admit they do it.
IF you actually know women who have denied it that's probably just because they prefer to maintain their privacy and don't feel it's an appropriate topic to discuss with you

This is baloney. How can you speak for all women?
