Many people on this forum seem to be going through some kinda life change...

Wondering if any ladies in here had tips or tricks for meeting new female friends after your out of the 'school years'...

or any ideas on how to keep those female friendships going!

If you're approachable, it's pretty easy to make acquaintances with other females. Mostly through work, actually, always through work for me. Don't limit yourself to your own peer group: I had friends in their 60s and 70s when I was in my 20s, and I have friends as young as half my age now.
How I do it? I actually like hearing other people talk about their lives - and people love talking about themselves.
Maintaining friendships is like maintaining a garden: gotta put effort in it to see any fruit and remove the weeds every so often.

Stay at home mom's find friends through sports and activities with there kids and at school. Volunteering is great, do something athletic for yourself too. I am a pretty happy as a home body but add activities and friends through my kids and my husband work partners family. I also do my add community college course to inspire me.
