There is a huge difference between disclosing and retelling activities you yourself were personally involved in (which is not an invasion of privacy) and installing a webcam without consent and airing, distributing, advertising and mocking an activity that others were engaging in, with the intent to "out" and shame.

Are you kidding me? It was their room and he asked his roomate if he could use it privately. His roomate then when into another dorm room, activated the webcam and began tweeting about it and inviting people to view them live.
