Um you may want to consider this but there isn't a such thing as a 2008 toyota celica the last year they made it was in 2005. Regardless though, he should be paying more then 100 dollars lol.
He must knew that I was pissed about the car. He gave me 40 bucks!
He'll shirk the duty to pay regular child support as long as can, hes already proved it Ygirl, the $40 is money to keep you quit until the next time. File the papers, its for his child not you, if chooses not pay, its recovered from any tax return and the money forwarded to you. Worst thing that can happen, he goes to jail for non support, thats his choice too.

I'm thinking she just got the car name mixed up. If it's a 2008 it's either a Corrola or Camry
Yankee, how long should it take to get a court date after you file?
If Yankee is filing the papers herself at the Family Law counter, perhaps the clerk there can tell her right away? It depends on the state and the caseload in the courthouse...

Yes, Celicas aren't being made by Toyota any longer. It's Corollas or Camrys.
Turn in the papers. It's the right thing to do for you and your child. You have already been more understanding than most would be. Times are hard but it's time for him to pay up.
With his generosity, he's going to beat his own record pretty soon.
Maybe next time it will be 42 dollars .
