....Now that I'm in my 30s I get along best with girls in their teens
If you're male, that is creepy on so many levels.
If you're female, stay young.

Yup, I think it's creepy for a 30 something man to hang out with children. If I was the parent of a 18-19 year old, I wouldn't like it. If I was the parent of a 13-17 year old girl, I'd call the cops. I'd also be wary of a man that couldn't manage to befriend any women in their 20's and 30's.

I hope by teens you mean at least 18, and hopefully you mean 19 or older. Or people who just have a young spirit. I'm a big fan of older male-younger female relationships and generally date people who are at least 14 years my senior, but I really, really regret the relationships I got into with older men when I was 18 and 19. Actually all the way up into I was 21 I wish I could erase because I didn't know what the heck I was consenting to. And I was very educated and considered "mature" for my age.
I hope you are keeping these young girls psychological frailty in mind, so at the ripe old age of 25 like myself they won't regret what they've engaged in.
All that aside, please consider what I said, as it is very important and very personal for me.
That?

I bet he doesn't. If he does, he'd be first!
