To the OP, it's all in your head. I'm 34 and went out with a 23 year old last night. A few years ago my friend's dad at 52 dated a 23 year old for a while--my friend was 21 at the time.
A professor of mathematics sent a fax to his wife. It read:

"Dear Wife,

You must realize that you are 54 years old and I have certain needs which you are no longer able to satisfy. I am otherwise happy with you as a wife, and I sincerely hope you will not be hurt or offended to learn that by the time you receive this letter, I will be at the Grand Hotel with my 18-year-old teaching assistant. I'll be home before midnight. - Your Husband"

When he arrived at the hotel, there was a faxed letter waiting for him that read as follows:

"Dear Husband,

You too are 54 years old, and by the time you receive this, I will be at the Breakwater Hotel with the 18-year-old pool boy. Being the brilliant mathematician that you are, you can easily appreciate the fact that 18 goes into 54 a lot more times than 54 goes into 18. Don't wait up."

Take your age and cut it in half, then add 7, and that would be your lowest acceptable dating age.

Example one: A 22 year old. 22 / 2 = 11. 11 + 7 = 18.

Thus the lowest age dateable for a 22 year old is 18.

A 54 year old however: 54 / 2 = 27 + 7 = 34. So a bigger age gap, but still appropriate.

It's eerie how "right" this math thing seems.
That is very interesting. So say a 35 year old man wants to date a young college girl:

35/2=17.5+8=25.5, but
80/2=40+8=48
100/2=50+8=58

I guess it's all in the semantics

27? Seriously? Of course not! Well...there IS a difference between 18 and 23 though. I think 18 would be a TAD too young, but even then it completely depends on the person. 23 it not too young!!

Actually, there are Taoist control techniques that keep the gentleman from "issuing", so it could be said that there are men that can last longer than women...
