Take it one day at a time. On the surface it seems she might be interested in more, but it's tough to say. Some girls are much more social and think nothing of giving out a number or hanging out. Some put a little more stock into who they share their number with and free up time on their calendar for...you won't know until you make that first study date. Good luck.

If you take it slow, probably interested. If you move too fast she'll probably do a 180 and you'll be back here wondering why or even joining our infamous and unofficial Misogynists Anonymous group. Don't become a statistic to the latter. Be cool. Coast!
ETA: I think 'courting' (I know it's not called that nowadays but same thing) is like a dance. Let her take the lead and if she turns that over to you, she's interested.
id say she made the first move by giving you her number (in a nice casual way). but she gave your enough wiggle room so that now the ball is in your courts... so now the choice is yours. if you are interested (or just want to make a new friend) then ask her to study. and if you want to pursue whatever is that you want, then you should initiate the idea of taking a break in between studying and go grab a bite to eat or get coffee around campus. ... gl.
I agree with others here. It looks good, but go into it with no expectations. She might be really outgoing. Or, she might want to study your anatomy and not astronomy. The one thing we know for sure is that you'll find out when you find out.
