I was pretty young, 19. Our relationship lasted about 3 years total.
But now, we get along so much better as friends, we talk from time to time just to 'talk'. We have a kid together and he will ALWAYS be a part of our lives.
Most people where I live seem to get married around ages 18-26. My parents were both 30 when they got married, but got divorced 5 years later. But the rest of the people in my family get married young, around 16-22 is the average. Statistics show from the CDC show that most women are married by the age of 25 and most men around 27.
How about you? How old were you when you got married?
I was 18. I stayed married for 14 years. I shouldn't have gotten married in the first place, and barring that, I should have left after the first two years. Live and learn.
