Maid for the Day - make him clean the whole house, wash floors, vacuum, clean the bathrooms -including the toilets, laundry, wash windows, dust - whatever you need done -but for a whole day. Just make him a list.
I know that you addressed this to the ladies but if I were a woman I would make him do whatever household chore that I hate the most. That could be something like doing the laundry, cleaning up the kitchen, or any of those activities that are generally despised by the male population.
Now of course if you were a guy asking the question and I were responding I'm quite certain that it would have something to do with the subject of sex.

LOL, well that's assuming he can cook. My dh does Okay if you consider burgers, box macaroni and cheese and canned green beans dinner (where is the puke smiley?).
I'm having him wash all the floors, upstairs and downstairs. It's a chore and something I hate doing. Since I'll be well rested watching him do the floors, he may get his payout in the end afterall

I like how you add the apron in a concern for food hygiene .
So husband and I made a bet this afternoon. If I win (which I'm pretty confident I will) what should I ask for?
I can't decide if I want him to wash all the floors for me or if I want something more personal like a massage or a foot rub.
We agreed it can't be anything that costs money and neither party should have to jump through hoops to pull off the request.
So what would you ask for? My brain is fried today and I can't come up with anything else but we have to declare our payout by dinnertime.
I'll take any and all suggestions!
