Amanda, your a beautiful woman, you are not a cougar.
a cougar is a woman desperately holding onto her youth, by using trickery and plastic surgeries to achieve it.. you do it with grace and style.

Aw thank you sweetie...that made my day

I think if a woman wants to be a cougar, then that's fine. However, if she lets the whole 'cougar' definition and lifestyle consume her, then it starts to become unhealthy.

HATS OFF TO AVIENNE! WHOOHOO! CHEERS!

My 2 cents: there's nothing wrong with trying to keep your body looking good. The problems I would suppose arise when someone starts trying to be something they're not. That just means they're lying to themselves. But that doesn't mean it's anybody else's business.

Ain't nothing wrong with the cougars if the cubs are still flocking to suckle.

My probably is why it's so new/uncommon for older women to date younger men that it has to be fetishized/lampooned...the whole MILF thing is silly. Why should older women be made to feel like hornbags or something just for liking younger men?

When I was a younger lad we used to love cougars. We specifically knew the bars they went to and it was a great time. It's a great mutual thing: we as young men were looking for somebody to "love". and the women were looking for somebody to love them, at least for a night.
The most important thing is they looked great, without the need to hang onto their younger teen years.

I personally am repulsed by the "housewives" look populated by that hideous TV show. The fake ta-tas, the constant dying of the hair, the fake bake, and the worst offender of them all:

The BOTOX.

Whomever thought it would be a good idea to pump your lips up like that should be shot, seriously.
You look stupid like that.
No, you do look retarded, I'm sorry to say but it's true.

I just love a sexy older gal that takes care of herself. She has poise, a sense of glamour and has a natural beauty. I think confidence and self esteem are infinitely sexier than cosmetic surgery.
Someone like Helen Mirren is a stone cold fox in my opinion.

And getting offended at being judged by others? That's preposterous. It's the whole reason why we get dressed in the morning. If we didn't care about how others viewed us, we'd be going to work in our PJ's and our hair in a mess.
We as humans live for attention, whether we do it purposely or not. Admit it, everyone's looked at themselves in the mirror with a great outfit and thought to yourself "I look goooood."

Being admired is a compliment.

Every 20 year old guy should experience the unique sensations from a woman 20 or more years older than him. Yum-yum!

Hard work, exercise your body, gives you a good shape?

LOL creepy!!! I'm imagining unique feelings from prolapsed vaginal walls, rectovaginal fistulas, changes due to hysterectomy, and intra-sex incontinence.
