Since we have been talking about older women, and our appreciation of them, what do people think about "Cougars"
Personally I am repulsed by them, Women who refuse to age gracefully and who dress, act, and visit there botux clinical every second Tuesday.

It is a seriously overused and misued term. I hate the term. Although it sounds like you atleast reserve the term for fake overtly sexual older women who refuse to age gracefully. I guess it is ok to use term in that case but it's a fine line. Most people use it about any woman over 35 who isn't dead yet. In that case, it is a form of discrimination and an attempt at male dominance. A term to be used sparingly
Cougar - pronounced Koo Gur. Definition - Newly single woman in her 40's, much hotter than the bald fatso she just divorced, has come to stunning realization she is wanted by guys of all ages. Thinks they all want to marry her and help raise her 2.3 kids. Has no idea that all they want to do is bang her and move on.
Taxidermy, I'm assuming. Though personally...*I* won't give up without a fight! (And no; no Botox here. I just eat food with a lot of preservatives -- I figure if it works for Twinkies, it'll work for me.)

Hmmm, a cougar is no different than a man having a midlife crisis....out to prove she "still has it" in any way possible. She is calling the shots and is spending the bucks to maintain a youthful appearance. Older women, who are in shape and don't even wear makeup can get just as many hot younger guys. It's called the low maintenance/drama free zone. And yes the no strings attached sex is part of that as well. A cougar defines herself by how young she can look and how young of guy she can have; the older woman is her wonderful/confident self and knows when to reciprocate the appreciation, no matter the mans age.
Ummmm...btw, STD's have been around since the beginning of time, and as far as sexual behaviors are concerned, you should watch the HBO special The History of Sex, it's quite interesting. I know there is a famous person who died from syphilis, wish I could remember who, it'll come to me and I can't think of who it is right now but that was in the 1800's.
The Romans used to have orgies and everyone slept with everyone, men with men, men with women, women with women, you get the idea. How is it that there seems to be some sort of belief that sexual promiscuity is some sort of recent phenomenon that is now ruining our country?
I think greedy people like Bernard Madhoff and our politicians have done a much better job of driving this country into the ground and have had a far greater deletrious effect than the sexual habits of our citizens!! Look how many people Madoff hurt. His own son offed himself.
