So there's this older lady at the bar and is one of the regulars. She's a freakin' loony toon and has this high, annoying voice. She's always approaches me when she see me there. Drives me insane.

I've had this happen numerous times to me at a couple of the local bars where I live. Some are so annoying or just want to bug me with the latest rumor about somebody (or about me, sometimes, LOL!).
But I don't go to these places anymore and I say good riddance to them. Maybe you should try to not go there anymore and let go, like I did. It works!
one time i saw my ex gf walking towards me so i pulled out my cell acting like i was on a call and was said "cant talk, busy!". then the phone rang so i just stood there for a few seconds stunned and said "yeah, i didnt rly wanna talk to ya, cyas!" then walked away
