Read the whole thread. I clarified that I don't think it's a good idea to be friends with someone just because you are attracted to them. There's nothing wrong with having some feelings for a friend, but if you base the whole friendship on wanting more, it's deceptive and kind of creepy.

Obviously attraction of some sort plays a role here. But it is possible to maintain one of these in-between zone friendships for any length of time without progression into deeper territory...depending on other circumstances, of course

once you are in the friend zone thats where you will stay. hopefully you didnt make an arse out of yourself and you can actully be friends. and who knows maybe your "friend" will have some friends
