If she is of legal age, why can't her parents know? I'd go with a spa GC, but again if she cant tell her folks thats a puzzler.
Well, I was older than she is when I didn't tell my parents a good number of things. Once I went on a beach vacation with my BF, something my parents wouldn't have approved of. However, I had to call them often so that they don't call ME. In the good ol' days this business was conducted in the post office and everybody around me was talking (more like yelling) about the sea, the beach, etc., while I was supposedly in another city! Parents are generally informed on "need to know" basis...
Write her a nice note telling her you feel. Best thing you could do. Gifts are easy. Notes are hard.
A wonderful idea; thx! Although, I'm sure she knows already beyond a doubt, how I feel about her...she and are very big on affectionate, loving language

Haha, that's a great strategy you had there Sierra
That goes without saying! He's our resident romantic! It's refreshing!
Lol...believe it or not, the girl has told me a few times, that maybe I should be a poet...I've written her poetic verses a few times, impromptu on the spot, which she loved reading very much Notes of affection, are not a problem at all, for me

Anybody CAN be a poet as nobody ever makes a living out of poetry... When poverty enters through the door, love gets out through the window! Don't ever forget that, my dear poet, even if it sounds cynical to you now.

Heheh, not to worry my friend -- I am reasonably professionally successful, and am quite happy and grateful for my renumerative financial blessings I meant poet, as in hypothetically, and as a "what if"
If you want to send flowers, candy or a plant, you can always go onto websites like 1-800-FLowers and such. There's also things like cookie or candy bouquets. Send it to her work if you can get the address. Now of course, find out her work address in a way that does not let her know you are doing this. My wife loves when I send her gifts like that at work. Plus, I have to admit that I get a little kick out hearing how some of the other women she works with are jealous of her if their husbands or boyfriends fail to do something similar.
BTW, if you do something like that, make sure you write out a card to go with it yourself. Don't just pick the stock ones they have. That's lame.
