So there is a fairly popular thread going about women and there inner lesbian. So I had to ask what about men and their inner homosexual. Does this exist for men? And why is it such a turn on for men to see two women together but the reverse isn't the same for women?
Yeah, this one drives me nuts (and you know this!). So many men seem obsessed with seeing two women together in a sexual way, and I don't get it. I definitely don't have that same feeling about men, and I definitely don't have an inner lesbian (although I can appreciate an attractive person of either sex, and do occasionally check out women as I'm sitting there going, "dang, I'd kill for her legs!").
I seriously doubt that any man who is bisexual or actually homosexual has any thoughts about other men, and would probably react aggressively to the suggestion. Our culture is definitely set up in such a way that straight men do not think about other men in any way that could even hit at sexual. I think most women who are with straight men would prefer that their men not think that way either, it's something we've just been conditioned to think. I know I feel that way, and I most certainly do not have a problem with bisexuality or homosexuality (because I just don't care what other people do!).
It's a weird double standard that I don't understand.

Seriously though, I don't believe in inner anything. I am who I want to be, I don't lie to myself, I show who I am on the inside to the people I care about on the outside. That's all that matters.
As for a logical explanation? I've been told that men are more easily visually stimulated in a sexual manner, so SEEING lesbians do their thing is satisfying to them. Women tend to be more emotionally stimulated, and they don't receive any emotional affection from two gay men so maybe that's where they lack interest.
(Of course, as my disclaimer from idiot trolls: not all men like lesbians and not all women don't like seeing gay men. Everyone is attracted to different things. See: Fetishes)

Ok, I'm not inner or outer homosexual. I dig my straightness and you can ask my fiance as she will concur that I'm as hetero as it gets.
I just find it amusing that in this day and age we still have double standards, like seeing two women making out in club is COOL and seeing two dudes making out is BLEGH.
