Relaxing, enjoying husband's company, and more than likely blowing him up on Halo while yelling random things and breaking out into Disney songs like everyone else in our party chat. There will probably be copious amounts of booze added to this after 5pm.
If you are single and won't be receiving any gifts like your coworkers or friends- just buy yourself something nice that you've been wanting as a treat. That's what I did. I'm not single and I'm not looking forward to the day because it is an additional expense in an already tough financial month. I have to buy a gift for my SO, my daughter and a relative or two since they will be buying me something.
Nada, I've never been one to get excited about the one assigned "I love you" day for the year. My philosophy is if you can't show me and tell me daily, then I don't want it. LOL
I get you there. Thing is, I tell my fiance I love her every day. I show her every day. But sometimes it's nice, even on a commercialized day, to just get out and make an event of it.
