Realistically I think women have to be selfish but still be accomodating. The faster a woman gets off the better it is for the guy's ego. Then he can start relaxing and being more selfish. Unless of course they have some S&M arrangement... then no rules apply.

I should point out that guys can't necessarity "give" anyone an orgasm. It's a brain thing for many women.
Fortunately I've not had a problem with that and pretty much any guy would feel like a stud with me in under 5 minutes. But if he is trying to go for the gold and thinks I'll have more than one he is wasting time, although he is welcome to do so for his own purposes. Everyone is wired differently and one is my number.

I definitely care. Mainly, I want her to at least have one, and show that she is having one (which means a good one, I guess). If it is good for her, it is good for me. If she's not enjoying it, then it's a real road block for me.
