I was born in Mississippi. I have a very strong and pronounced southern accent. I have dated and spoken with many men from outside the south who just adored my accent. They say it sounds cute, sugary, sweet, charming, etc.
I am starting to think that men find southern accents attractive in general? What makes them attractive? If you don't like them, why not?
Yeah I can't say i'm either drawn to it nor turned off by it. But if I'm attracted to you then everything else including your accent I'd probably like too
Depends entirely on the woman. If I find her otherwise attractive, and her accent isn't so thick that I can't understand what she says, then I'll probably find her drawl attractive, too.

I am not a fan of strong accents, be they southern or northern. My mom is a speech therapist and refused to let me drawl and "southernize" my words as a child; she always encouraged a neutral accent. I'm also from Mississippi (but people here don't believe me when I say that) and hear lots of interesting speech mannerisms all day long. Why are there so many extra syllables, dammit? And the mispronunciation....bleh.
I mean, some people can pull it off very well, but not the majority.
I'm a man who does not find it attractive. No offense, I've met some nice people from the South but their accents/slang are a bit annoying to me, unless it is a very slight twang which can be cute. I say this as my honest opinion as you asked for it, but I would never wish for someone to feel ashamed about themselves based on their speech(I used to mumble a lot).
Its cute as long as its not too much. I find most accents intriguing and attractive.
