Oh, gee, honey, is it Valentine's Day already? No! Seriously?!? Well, how about we catch a Big Mac and go for a walk down by the water-treatment plant? We can -

...honey? Baby?? Snookums?!?

Learned a new word last night - and that doesn't happen often, but I suppose in the world of slang change occurs rather precipitously...

Girl comes sashaying up to me, runs her hand slowly down my chest and says "You're really buck tonight".

Now, being the proud owner of a slight hearing deficiency I get to experience some surrealistic moments. I heard "I really wanna' **** tonight", so I vigorously nodded my head up and down like a rabid schnauzer and crowed "So do I!!!"

Anyone else hear the term "buck" used quite that way - as an adjective? I'm afraid to believe the Urban Dictionary definition, even though it doesn't directly address last night's usage:

It's a fight aid, money, a popular word from a song, an animal, AND a sex position. If that isn't whoring around the world, show me what is.

I think it's a compliment - see bolded

    2. Antelope considered as a group: a herd of buck.
    1. A robust or high-spirited young man.

I've never viewed myself as especially robust or high-spirited, and as for young?

I might qualify under the "fop" label, though...
