Maybe it was one of those beer hats with the straw going to his mouth???

Awww sorry about your bad date sweetie. We have all been there. I hate people in general who have a puss on their face going (date out or group outing) puts a damper on things!

I on the other hand had an AMAZING date last nite : ) Went to an outdoor place in my favorite town, it was the perfect nite to dine outside too. It was a first date, love first dates that go as perfect as perfect gets. The only laughable part was the "harry potter fest" in the town square and kids running around with capes on lol.

yes I was wearing my beer belt as well as a cowboy hat, and I was on a horse.

I don't think she had a bad day... if she did, then she would be even happier to see me, the savior to anyone who has bad days

in any case, it's her loss not mine.

What is koolaid? The drink? What does this mean?

Maybe your reputation got there before you did. It sounds as if you weren't her idea of a good date either.

As soon as I saw her, I knew it was going to be a bad date. How?

Usually, when girls see me, they beam, going "HEEEYYYYYY DCNATIVE!!!!" and give me a teddy bear hug, and a big kiss on the lips (most of the time, with tongue anyway). An a$$ grab/grope is a bonus that I sometimes get. At least, that's the way it should be

But her? No enthusiasm. When she saw me, she barely smiled.

I made the best of it, was polite (she was cold and distant the whole time), split the tab, and wished her a nice evening. Said maybe I'll keep in touch (which I have no intention of doing).

Ok, you like to be the center of attention, I can see that. Not all girls are comfortable giving a guy who they are casually dating a tonguekiss as a "hello" while petting your rearend. A genuine smile and a polite kiss on the cheek should convey warmth that she likes you and wants to get to know you more. Perhaps it's not what your looking for deep down. Maybe going out on the prowl with your buddies and hanging out with the "girls gone wild" clique should do you good now. Once you get that "soaing your wild oats" out of your system then you can enter a stable relationship.
