Its really no ones business what your sister or anyone does with their lives. Your sister is not over the hill & as long as shes happy thats all that counts. I have seen loads of people in relationships or have dated alot of people & they are miserable human beings.
I wish I had not had the incredible want for sex...I would have been much happier just being celibate. But some of us are not "wired" that way. I wish I could have never dated, and just focused on myself and my career...oh well...
My 47 year old sister has never had a kiss, a date, a male friend or any sexual partner ever. She told us so and does not think it is odd in any way. She just never got around to dating and says many of her female friends at her age have never had a date ever also.
So is she right, is it quite common in our society for lots of people to never date or even have a kiss but are already in their forties.
(How can a person service their needs for closeness, love and sex if they don't date?)
She is dating now but hopefully shes not fridged if the chance for sex arises.
Are you, Steel7, the Regular Guy? If so, who cares if she's fridged. You're weird to say your sister is sick and now to say she might be fridged. Why don't you mind your own business?
If Sis is happy with her life then it is not wrong or sick or bad. People are entitled to live the life they want to live.
Most of us love and cherish sex. We are sexual beings, and it is one of the greatest pleasures and romance gives most of our lives meaning. Sis is one of the exceptions. That's all.

I DIDNT say his sister was sick. Get your facts straight. I said she MIGHT be fridged. Some women are.
I don't think it is SICK, just a little odd. My SIL is 42 and pretty much in the same boat, and isn't happy. A few dates in the 20 years of knowing her. She is not a happy person in general. Has a "poor me" attitude.
For some reason it seems she is turned off to the closeness that goes along with dating. Extreme mama's girl and appears to be almost asexual. I've tried to suggest online dating, but won't even try it. If she did meet a great guy, she'd probably find something wrong with him.
