Not everybody can be as smart as I am! I always manage to get divorced juuuuust before a recession! That's why I've warned peeps here to watch their collective financial rear end should I get married again!

Since you're such a bellweather for predicting recessions, you had better tell us all of your next impending divorce, or we'll never forgive you!

Next time, we'll all know when to stick those For Sale signs in front of our houses, right?

We definitely are pro-marriage, and we definitely are holding off until we have the kind of money saved to do our wedding the way we want it. It's not a recession thing (we're both fortunate enough that we're doing fine, career-wise), but we're also both trying to knock out some other stuff first (graduate school, home ownership, CPA completed) before we focus on that particular savings account hardcore.

I'm tellin' ya... It felt like the ex and I bought the last house on the market in Dec 2005! Thank goodness he was able to assume that mortgage or we would've been chained by it till death or some war bringing money (that doesn't seem to work anymore, though) did us part!

Since I doubt I'd marry again, I think we're in permanent recession! My crystal ball believes so regardless anyway.

From 2008 until 2024, Pluto will be in Capricorn. The focus of the masses will on financial stability and getting wealthier. A lot of focus recently has been on the US being in recession. People are thinking that if they marry, it will have to be about unifying wealth. Many people don't want to be married because they are opening their eyes to the truth about the benefits of marriage, and how they are no longer that big. When Pluto enters Aquarius in 2025, the mentality will have gotten to the point where people no longer see a single point to getting married, at all. This is the period ( Pluto in Aquarius)when marriage will finally be discarded for good.

I just use the 12 planets that are most popular. Ophiuchus is fairly new and not even a planet, only a fixed star. I like to study the star Chiron, but haven't done any research on Ophiuchus. Sorry I can't help.
