On a similar note, I checked out the book " The 48 Laws of Power", from the library the other day. It's meh, kindda boring. I assumed nobody would want to read it and tried to renew it so that I could go drop it off when it was more convenient for me. I waited till the last minute and then was told that there was a hold on the book, so I can't renew it. Now it's overdue. Who would want to read this crappy book!
I'm curious too! If the Chowhound has this book, he should be able to tell us. There are a few paragraphs about the author in the back of book jacket.
Good point. But your answer made me realize I am asking an impossible question, since the author would probably not disclose the information if he were.
