OP, you keep opening up threads here and on different sections of this forum with the same question. We have told you that you are handsome and that people around you are wrong. Please get help on learning to love yourself and standing up to these people whether they are family, friends or people in your neighborhood saying that you are ugly. YOU ARE NOT UGLY and I'm telling the truth to you.

wow i didnt realize i earned a rep. Im just tryna get help the only way I can. None of my friends helped me with this and my parents wont let me see a pyschologist. What do u want me to do? talk to an imaginary friend lol?
If your 18 yrs old, your parents can't stop you from getting professional help. If your under 18, try a school counselor and ask for a referal to a free or sliding scale therapist.
Otherwise, try looking in the mirror and say this every morning " I'm good enough and dog gone it, people like me!"

You can change your way of thinking by therapy or other means. But try to do some affirmations like what Joliefille said. Tell yourself each morning and maybe before you go to bed.

If you are over 18, you can see a psychiatrist without your parents consent. If under 18, you can still go to the school counselor and get help.

Donie gives good advice. I'm dealing with this (still) at 42. Don't wait. Get going on the affirmations and professional help now.
