I don't like men that shave anything other than the face ...although if it's long, trimming is fine. It has to still be soft to the touch though, trim it too short and then it's just coarse and scratchy
Texas User if you are so worried about women's reactions to your hairy chest, perhaps you would like to post a picture and that way you will be reassured that it doesn't look horrible.

It isn't the gay male community that is for hairless chests ... I think it is teenaged girls that think it is icky. What I really find disturbing is the recent trend for the younger guys to shave off all their pubic hair. What - are they trying to look like pre-pubescent boys?

lol! I freaked out when one day an ex came to bed when we were dating and I went to touch him down there and there was no hair!!! I went "so you shave down there now?" and he goes "ya, I shaved it for you!". Me: "I've never said I wanted you to shave that ". This was like a year and a half into things, I couldn't believe he thought I'd like it! its too..I dunno, not even prepubescent, but girly!
