So first hi, I'm going to try to make this story short
I'm 22, last night I went to dinner with two of my best friends, one kept talking about how great her new man is, and she wanted to introduce her man's best friend, to my other friend. Then they kept talking about plans they could make (like double dates and stuff like that), and then they asked me when will I ever get with someone, I said never, I'm not interested in love, not interesting in finding someone, hearing love words and other cheesy stuff give me nausea (it really does), I don't want to get married nor do I want to have children. They looked at me as if I were an alien.
So my question is, am I the only one in that case ?
No, of course you're not the only one! For example MYSELF. Relationships suck, never been in one never will. Some people don't understand that and they never will. Just make sure you don't get depressed if people make fun of you for it... Cause they've done it to me before.
Now o for me, I don't want kids. I just see more cons than pro with it, and never been crazy about kids. Don't hate them, just don't care to be around them-when they're under 13.
So, you're normal for you. You don't care about love, and it's not a top priority for you. it's possible you could meet someone and fall for them. but for now, you just don't care. I see no issues, or why your friends should care-long as you respect their relationships, they should respect your beliefs as well. So, hopefully the discussion won't happen again.-now that you gave them your answer
I'm the same I like being single and relationships and being committed and in love just aint for me also marriage and having kids are not my life goals
