Pursuing social and romantic relationships is a completely normal developmental part of being an adolescent. Saying "focus on your education" is a non-answer. It's important(and typical) for normally developing teens to be focusing on all of those elements...schooling, friendships, dating. Totally abandoning any one of the three is going to create an ill-adjusted young adult.
Just become friends with a couple of her "girl friends" and then talk to them about how you feel about her. Trust me, I'm a freshman in high school and I have the whole grade. P.S. don't be disrespectful!!

I'm not ill-adjusted, High School girls where just boring!
High school is a cruel and unusual world for anyone with an IQ of one or higher. The problem here is this guys is giving the girls way to much attention....it's like a sign of desperation or possible candidate for the friend list. Just compliment them on their hair or shoes and then ignore them. Sooner or later their going to think something is wrong with them and start trying to be your friend. If not, move on, and if that don't work, there is always college.
Highschool girls like guys who are very close to their mom. You might want to have your mother drop you off at school and make sure everyone notices you hug her goodbye.
A slight tear rolling down your cheek during this shows your emotional side, which never hurts.
