Through a Personal Ad that I placed in a local magazine. I had a weekend hobby of pro-rodeo/Team Roping and she liked Squaredancing and Country-Western dancing. We met for the first time at a Denny's Restaurant. She showed up wearing a Resistol straw cowboy hat, Roper brand jeans and cowboy boots. I showed up in my black felt cowboy hat, Wrangler jeans, Lace-up Roper boots and nice Western shirt. It was definitely "love at first sight!". She ended up loving the sport of rodeo and we danced awefully good together. The rodeo action is gone now. Been together 11 years now, 10 of them married. We're both Baby Boomers, 1 yr apart in age.

People do let sleeping threads lie. The problem is, the mods merge them and then people get their hands slappd for not doing a search and resurrecting an old thread. You just can't win here.

Through a friend by complete accident. Friend doesn't even talk to me anymore because he liked her but I swept her off her feet. Should I feel bad? :P
