Well, they look like it, by full-body comparison, but I don't think shorter guys are generally more generously endowed than taller guys.

I think a taller man can look like he has a smaller Weapon of Mass Reproduction simply by comparison to his full body.

I mean it's not like I've seen thousands of these or anything. I'm not the Schwinkie Expert. But it stands to reason.
