Sexting? It can be. It is however a temporary relationship, sort of like speed-dating. One minute you don't even know the other person exists. Then, WHAM! They're right in front of you. What you choose to do with that first contact will change your relationship yet again.
Relationships are fluid, ever-changing. Lack of movement means death - movement, life.
It all depends upon your definition of "relationship".
