I don't think you have to be extremely intelligent to be good with computers but it's a good profession.

It depends on what level..... If you are just a standard IT guy, then no, but if you're programming Operating Systems or getting down to the binary level..... you gotta have some brains in your head for that.

I work with computers a lot, so it can't be that tough....

There are women out there who get all worked up over cops and firemen so I'm sure there is a segment of the female population that is attracted to the "big brain on Brad".

If I'm attracted to him physically, I would like it- I like intelligent men, it's a big turn-on. Also, I'm horrible with technology so that's a plus .

I'm also attracted to these men. Firemen, policemen, construction workers, computer programmers- heck I like them all .

My husband has been IT guy for years!

When we met yes his job was an attraction and NO it has nothing to do w/money. In my eyes computer "geeks" are very intelligent and that is a huge turn on. And the hubby has not let me down. I love brains more than money.

Being married to him i've come to find out that that field of work is so oversaturated that the pay is nothing like he was getting before therefore we decided to change our line of work where we make our own hours and have minimal bossage lol we fell into complex management and love it.

What is complex management??? Is that being a manager of an apartment complex.

I'm looking to make a career change myself

yup

when we moved here neither wanted to go back into our fields (he especially was bored/burnt out w/computer crap). we talked our way into managing the complex we were at and from there moved up. we now manage one of the nicest places on the peninsula. we make our own hours, if he has no major maintenance issues he doesn't have to work lol. Problem is that if tenants find out his past line of work they start calling and questioning him so it is now a secret lol

i handle rents, tenant issues, and renting units out. i'm very, very picky about who i allow into this place. everybody i have rented to works, nobody on state housing allowed. most all professionals. and they appreciate us which makes it all that much better.

free rent plus salary plus extra for any work that is not included in "light maintenance" which is a lot of what he does so we actually fair pretty okay

Yes, some, but you don't have to be a genius.
