Not any major population centres, there's a small town about 5.5 miles away that I'd need to take a cab to. Dunno what the town is like, apparently there are some good eats so I reckon it's not a hellhole. But again, I'm not so comfortable with getting tanked in a place I don't know.

Well for one thing I didn't make the ****ing reservation or anything, had I known it'd be so far removed from anything I would have suggested a different place. And I'm on vacation because I can be, what kind of question is that?

Most resorts are not built IN or near local villages, ya know... And people there generally don't bite!

I for one wouldn't go on vacation if I don't have a source of spending money... If that were the case, at least I'd go to an AI so I don't have to buy overpriced stuff from convenience stores.
