I'm apparently supposed to be going somewhere tomorrow with someone, but I recently developed some qualms with this person and I'm too passive-aggressive to tell them.

I now want some excuses I can use to excuse myself from going.

Please help.

Ditto. Personal business is personal. You're iffy about him/her anyway, so if he/she gets annoyed it's no big deal. No reason to lie, or for them to know that the "personal reason" is "I don't like you".

It will be fine until my tangible excuse picks up, then I have time to think and mull things over.

It's Thursday and I just need to avoid Friday night, lay low on Saturday, and then on Sunday I will be called away out of town so I can avoid a possible Sunday meeting too.

Hopefully, by then I will be forgotten and this buys me a whole week.

As wrong as it is, I don't like hurting people's feelings. I like her parents though. You can think I'm all kinds of bad things for it, but I like to keep my bridges frozen, not burned.
