Look, buddy, if you flip burgers, I don't care if you're 6'5"!

I'd bet cold hard dinero that "probably isn't even 5'8" definitely isn't 5'4!
No. I don't wear flats.

I'm surprised that you said women were there too. Although I know some women wish to be taller, I've never heard of one wanting to do something so drastic.
Thats beyond plastic surgery!

But as long as you are happy.
$103,992 to gain 1 foot then.

The girl I'm currently seeing had a long term relationship with a guy who's around 5'5 (she's the same height). I'm 5'7 and 1/2 and honestly don't feel like I've been turned down because of height. If I have, then I plead ignorance. I even dated a girl who's about two inches taller than I am.

I would like to be over 6 feet tall and I'm glad you're happier at 5'9. Sure, height is important to women, but there are those who are willing to overlook it or just don't care.

And there ya go! Me @ 5'6 = 5'2 gal in heels stares me in the face. Me @ 5'9 = 5'2s, 5'3s and many 5'4s are shorter than me in heels

Yeah, that's about how my formula goes, too.

But you better pray you have SOME legs to carry you around in your ol' age!

I'm good! After LL your bones become STRONGER as they harden! The human body is an amazing thing! I'm lucky to have had it without complication and be able to reap the benefits of being TALLER!

P.S. - That forumula goes over Average - Taller people's heads because they don't have to think about it, but many women do!

I don't want nor care to go to 6' Don't need to

Law of averages my friend.

#1 - I was 5'6. My arm lengths were naturally longer than that of my tibia and femurs (lower and upper legs). 3 extra inches still look natural on me. You wouldn't be able to tell I had surgery unless you closely looked at the small scars on my legs - very small. 6 inches (going from 5'6 to 6') would make me look like an alien (long legs for no reason) and your muscle and tissue can't be stretched that far without complications.

#2 - Who cares about being 6 ft tall? Sure women go crazy over it, but guys (I can say us now) between 5'9-5'11 have nothing to worry about. ITS AVERAGE AND YOU ARE TALLER THAN MOST WOMEN EVEN IN HEELS.

They'll SAY they want 6ft and up, but like sierraAZ alluded to in not so many words, many are fine with average! You won't get dissed regularly, written off or ignored off the bat like many men 5'7 and below do because they are too short or face to face with, or even shorter than smaller women in heels. There are many, many, many, many, many women up to 5'4 (this is why so many men in that 5'4 - 5'7 range wear lifts, because they compete with women and their heel height!)

The "go for shorter women" advice doesn't fly because shorter women (5'1 and below) are usually the first ones running for 6ft and up because they have issues with their own height. Makes evolutionary sense. The smaller a woman is, pyschologically, the more protection she wants. Short men are screwed by default (Of course, not all super short women are this way, but many, many, many, many of them are).

Like I said. THERE IS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WELL BELOW AVERAGE AND AVERAGE!
