I have noticed that when a guy is interested or attracted to you is always around you, leans in, and is in close proximity. Also, he finds excuses to talk to you and make you laugh, like he is seeking your approval. Physically, his eyes tell you a lot, especially if he looks directly at your eyes and not your body. Depends also, if the guy is shy or confident. The shy guy will avoid eye contact, the confident guy will stare. Words of experience
there's a guy i know who looks at every girl like deer in headlights, when he's talking to her. it's the extreme version of eye contact and has been mistaken for interest in a time or two.
