You sound great, and you like your girl just the way she is.
Couple quick things: Don't stare at thin women or ever comment on thin women (in movies or whatever) as looking great.
Maybe choose one or two celebrities who are not thin and say "she looks good, I like a girl with 'something extra". She will know that, by extension, you also like the way SHE looks.
