I echo pretty much everything everyone else said. Even if it's true, there's a way to talk to someone. I'm the person that if you come at me with attitude, I will disregard you until you drop the bass in your voice. In short, I don't take stock in what someone says or thinks about me. It's their problem, not mine.

Depends on where they originate.

Negative commentary from somebody I either have no use for or don't even know/doesn't know me is easy to disregard and brush off.

Negative commentary from somebody I know and respect gives me pause.

I never get negative comments, but if I did, I would take it very seriously and change my behavior accordingly. Of course, it would depend upon who was giving me the comment.

If someone feels entitled to say negative remarks or retorts about me; then that entitles me to insult them in return. That's how life works.

I have my own thoughts as someone who brushes them off easily. Interested to hear other opinions first.

Probably because I don't know them, and they don't know me.From my close friends and family, I don't get any negative remarks

I have my own thoughts as someone who brushes them off easily. Interested to hear other opinions first.
The only insults I've had directed towards me have all come from people who can't deal with someone who thinks differently than they do, and so they stoop to hurling insults...but it runs off me like water on a ducks back
