nope, does not matter where it is. if she likes how you look. you have one toe in. if you approach her the right way(non-threatening), you have one foot in.

Trying to pick me up in a place where I'm busy/on my way somewhere (like say, as I'm walking down the street or a parking lot) is a surefire way to get rejected. If I have something else to do, all I'm thinking about is the quickest way to get this guy who is holding me up out of my face.
