I will provide more details. He slept with one of those girls who is in a relationship, and he was lying on the same bed touching her with one of those girls . We were in a relationship half a year ago and he kept flirting with girls non-stop. We got into a "new" relationship a month ago, and he promised he will not do stupid things (flirting, etc.)

That's really harsh and clingy. If you can't trust him you don't need to be with him, it'd be easier for both of you if you broke up.
