No, I mean my entire laptop computer. I can't log onto it so I can't access any of my files. The only way I can see that I can use the computer again is to rerun the set-up and that will delete all of the content I have on there..documents, pics, files..etc.
The only thing I care about is the pics...and maybe my itunes stuff.

Do you have Norton Antivirus?
One time i couldn't login to my laptop. Norton fixed it up for free.
You're not saying that you have absolutely no virus scanning or malware protection, are you? Cuz...if you are, it's only a matter of time.
No I have a different program on this computer. It came with Norton when we bought it but my husband put something different on it when Norton expired
I don't think it had any abilities to crack my password though.
