In fairness while I disagree with the hanging portion he/she was right, I do suck at chess. I had decided to try it and see what it was about assuming I would pick up the strategy in an osmosis like process as I went along. Didn't really happen. Thats about where I am now, still suck, have learned nothing meaningful, at the mercy of 14 year olds everywhere.
You could try playing online where a nameless 14 year old will trounce you and then explain your inadequacies in explicit detail ending by telling you to hang yourself. Yes, this did happen to me.
Oh geesh. No, I'm not up for that. In my mind it's a win. Of course, I don't know all the rules to chess so maybe they're really draws. I'm on level 5 now. Once I can kick comp ass at level 10 I will start looking around for online teen chess titans lol.

Yeah, the hanging thing is a little disturbing, but the rest is kind of funny.

Is anyone else having trouble with C-D's servers? It seems like the last day of every weekend, C-D's site goes down for about a half hour or something, sometimes more than once. We DM with someone in another area of the country, and they never seem to have problems when it's happening to us.
