Sorry to hear about that Phil, we don't typically get flooding out yonder west here, just earthquakes and thugs, and poor schools, unchecked illegal immigration.... etc etc . I've heard that water damage is one of the worst types of damage there is.

I hope things are salvageable.

Went via Rte 11 on a run to Branford CT once, very scenic state road.

LOL - that review was three years old! But we still have friendly girls - at least, to me they are ...

I wondered about that. I was thinking that deck might work for party. It nearly look attached from that vantage.
