Sorry to hear about that Phil, we don't typically get flooding out yonder west here, just earthquakes and thugs, and poor schools, unchecked illegal immigration.... etc etc . I've heard that water damage is one of the worst types of damage there is.
Or are ya showing it because it'll be uninhabitable soon enough?
