Of course they exist. I think it goes without saying though that the majority of women who are over 21 and are virgins are that way NOT by choice. They are that way because men just do not find them attractive. The very small majority who choose to remain virgins usually do so because of religious beliefs.

When it comes to finding and attracting men of course they have it easier. Ive said it time and time again, even just recently in another couple of threads - all women have to do is NOT BE FAT. Thats it!! Just not be fat and you'll NEVER have difficulty finding dates/attracting men. LOVE is an entirely different issue though.
My students are between the ages of 21-24.There are MANY virgins among them and a fair amount of them are good looking or above average. I teach at a University 15 miles from the beach in Los Angeles and sex can be had by anyone at any time if they so choose.
The OP poses a ridiculous question. There are MILLIONS of virgins at the age of 21, they just don't advertise it. I know it because they confide in me and know I won't judge them and don't care whether they've ever gotten laid.
And anyone that thinks someone 21 and a virgin is fugly is simple wrong.
The only reason a girl would stay a virgin that long was if she was a complete mutant. Seriously, I've seen girls around 21 that are as big as a house and they have children so its very easy for women to lose their virginity.
Even overweight women can find someone desperate enough to do her. No 21 year old woman(unless she weighs like 300 pounds), is a virgin in this country, at least not because she can't get any.
