With a girl I met on OKC. I actually have been going on a lot of dates lately as I've figured out how to get a better response rate, and I actually ended up liking this girl a lot. We both have very busy schedules but I told her I'd give her a call this weekend. I can't wait to see her again. We talked for hours.
With online dating I don't really count the first date as the "first date" because you're just meeting them. You don't know anything about this person in a serious sense and you've never met them in person, so it's always just a drink or two at a small, quiet bar or pub.
Date 2 is where I make my move and if it goes well I always try to do the first kiss as I say goodnight. Never farther than that.

She has a job where she works 10-12 hour days, she's training for a marathon in 2 weeks, she's going out of town this weekend, and she travels a lot for work (she was in Dallas all last week).
I am just starting physical therapy on Monday and Friday nights for the next month until my checkup, I play flag football on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and kickball/drinking with friends on wednesday nights. I'm actually usually open saturdays, but sundays I go with friends to a local bar to watch all the NFL games.
I can probably be a little more flexible than she can, traveling for work really doesn't leave much room for moving things around.
I live in downtown Chicago....most people have busy lives here, this is not uncommon.
