If that girl is really pregnant his military career is over. For both of them actually. Get ready for that.

I don't think he's worth holding on to but only you can judge that. Honestly it sounds like you don't trust yourself enough to do well without him. He's not your problem, you are.

Ive done nothing but love my husband and he says the only way he sees it so that he wont get into trouble is to divorce me while im pregnant.

Why are you playing high school games on fb?

Your post doesn't say anything about confronting your husband about the other womens pregnancy, so, how do you know its true?

If his only concern is getting himself out of a jam by divorcing you, then let him divorce you. Would it be a huge loss?

I'm not 100% sure. For someone I know they used word of mouth instead of actual texts.

Unlike civilian law adultry IS punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Not only are adultry charges possible [pending the DNA results of course] he could also be charged with "conduct unbecoming."

I also wanted to add that if you go about a no contact order have it go against the other female. If you want to continue your marraige, be careful about what you do. It can come back to bite you in the butt if you dont "play your cards" just right.

Cmon people, soldiers rarely get kicked out of the military for adultery. They don't usually even give article 15s for that. You have no idea how much cheating goes on, it would be a nightmare to prosecute everyone who participated. As long as one isn't a higher up of the other, the chain of command will just shrug their shoulders.

Directed towards the OP...
Speaking as a ex military wife this makes no sense...
Once reported to the higher up it is dealt with...
True nothing can be done until the child is born this doesnot mean nothing to your husband...
What can happen is after the child is born and a dna test is done he can be demoted in rank but this is not grounds for an article 15.
My question is to you is why did you not visit the family advocacy center?
And why would your husband haveto divorce you? now? Since it can easily be told or observed that the child was conceived when you were married?

I think something awry is afoot.

He doesn't sound like he wants to work on the marriage.
Get tested for std's for yours and the babies health.

It doesn't matter whether they kick him out. He won't get promoted as quickly or as highly. His career is over.
